Cycle Co., Ltd. began manufacturing bicycles in accordance
with increased local
demand in the aftermath of World War II, and then broke away
from Bridgestone Tire Co.,
Ltd. (currently Bridgestone Co., Ltd.) to be established
as the first major affiliated corporation.
Bridgestone Cycle is currently the top manufacturer in JapanŐs
bicycle industry, and it continues
